Are outdoor tankless water heaters allowed on a zero lot line wall? I know windows are not allowed, but a neighbor just installed a tankless heater on the outside wall.

If both a Professional Looking (uniform, namesake truck and tools galore) Electrician and Plumber installed it, then it's probably all cool. But still, no harm in checking and getting the Municipality to have it ripped out, only if illegal.
