I've always liked the idea of using stones, sculptural elements, and/or what have you, to integrate some sort of "henge" into a garden/yard/landscape plan.
THe hard part is scaling that sort of thing down to the size of most yards, not to mention intereference from the shadows cast by surrounding houses/buildings and so on...
