This happens 3 or 4 times before being able to use normally. The other day I couldnt get it to function normally and stopped trying. This morning my wife tried it and it worked perfectly.

my spacesaver keeps shutting off about 2 to 3 seconds after I start it. I then have to re-set clock, am/pm setting and the date.
