Are you talking about navigating the thermostat's settings menu or about it not controlling the A/C (or furnace, although it's summer here in the Northern Hemisphere, so I have to assume it's A/C) as the temp changes?
In any case, need way more information on what's going on - model of the 'stat would be great, and also what have you already done.
