Coil sweating is due to the removal of Latent heat, (Moisture ie; Humidity in the air) It is the dew point of the air. Is your unit running and cooling properly? It is possible in theory although unlikely, that all the latent heat has been removed from the area. I would expect that the cooling unit is not functioning properly.
