It might be back on Sunday evening, though, when they apparently plan to permit their (remaining) customers to order once more.
Most cellar conversions these days are carried out using plastic membrane systems such as Oldroyd Xv. You put plasterboard on top of the membrane and just apply a skim coat, so you wouldn't need a cement mixer. You don't have to gritblast the walls either!
