Refurbishing a conservatory

Our conservatory is about 20 years old and is starting to look a bit tatty. The double glazing has blown, the plastic is peeling, the gutters are leaking, the doors are difficult to shut and the plastic roof looks awful.

We are thinking about refurbishing it. As most of it needs replacing, is this a DIY job or are there FENSA requirements to be met?

Would the team order a complete new conservatory or just replace the worn out bits?

The brickwork and flooring are fine.

Thanks
