My wife came home once to find a card "Parcel under car".
Luckily next door had not moved their car in the meantime, and the parcel was intact.

Reminds me of a classic. Someone stayed in all day waiting for a washing machine to be delivered. Nobody showed up. So he phoned the company the next day. The guy on the phone said that the delivery guys got no reply at the address so they left it in the garage. Only thing, the guy didn't have a garage and nobody else on the street did! LOL
