Browsing through a Screwfix catalogue at lunchtime (yes I know, I need to get out more) and came across this stuff

"The Alternative to Acid Concrete Dissolver".

19 litres costs £219:98!!!!!!! £11:58 a litre!!!

If you can't afford that, you can get a 650ml trigger spray for a mere £48:98!!! £75:35 a litre!!!

trigger sprays seem cheaper on EBAY, around £15.

WTF is in this stuff at that price? Liquid Gold?

According to the COSHH sheet:

water Dodecyldimethylamine oxide Glycollic acid Disodium [(9,10-dihydro-9,10-dioxo-1,4-anthrylene)bis(imino-4,1-phenyleneoxy)]bis(benzenesulphonate)

It does seem a tad on the pricey side!

Presume the stated coverage of 0.07m squared is per litle but it still doesn't sound like much.
