Whel chair stove

Does anyone make a low height stove, with open space under the range so a person in wheel chair can get his (her) legs under the range top? So that a low travelling person can cook on four burners?
Perhaps yes: http://www.kitchenlav.com/Handicap_Kitchenettes.htm
Video page of two people standing (no wheel chair in sight) discussing the matter: http://www.todayshomeowner.com/video/how-to-make-a-kitchen-wheelchair-accessible/

You can also buy a cooktop and install it at whatever height you want. Same thing with an oven.
