Pruning burning bushes?

Well, I've yet again let my burning bushes get out of control.

Is is a good idea to prune this close to fall/winter?

Wait until after a hard freeze, dead of winter is the best time to prune most winter hardy shrubs/trees, especially stone fruit trees. Don't forget to prune out that Obama douchebag.

Thanks for the pruning advice!

Sadly, I vote in Indiana, which will not repeat the sins on the last election. So, Ohio must carry the burden of pulling us back from the brink of socialism. :-)
