Willow Logs

Greetings,

I have just obtained 2 nice willow logs which I plan to use for lining. They are very green, having been cut only a few weeks ago. What would be the best way to store them so they dry properly?

Personally would resaw into rough boards NOW and then stacker them in the shop for the next couple years
