Very comprehensive. That will make a nice vanity. They did fail to mention one thing about the top: when drilling (hole-sawing) the tap holes, when the bit pops through, is NOT to hit the deck with the drill (easily done, btw) when using Avonite, being polyester, that stuff shatter into a bezillion pieces. Acrylics are MUCH safer and easier to work with.
