Well, you maybe right, especially with my health problems. But then, I'd be rich, so I could afford it.
Vancouver was at the top of the heap cost wise in Canada, but I think Toronto just took over that position. Believe it or not though, Toronto is numbered 61 in the world. I don't want to know what the other ones are.
