I'll post a picture of the cabinet I made for my dp on a.b.p.w.

It's made from left-overs. Lyptus top and corner post. Sides are 3/4 maple ply Back 1/2 maple ply Maple face frame Oak draw fronts Inside draw supports are mystery wood. Draws are pine, poplar, fir?, with 3/8 ply bottoms.

The casters were salvaged from something. I cant remember what, but they aren't big enough. It's solid but doesn't move easy.

If it were me, I'd build a cabinet to put the desktop tool on and then buy a mobile base such as this:

you have more money to spend, the 3 wheel delta mobile bases are a lot nicer (around 80-100 each), but they are not adjustable. No big deal, just build your cabinent to fit.

IMO, the HTC base wouldn't cost that much more than good casters and it's a lot easier to keep it stationary when you need it to be.
