LV sent me redesigned adjustment screws for setting the jointer fence perpendicular to the sole. I'm happy to report that the redesigned screws provide a consistent angle, each time the fence is reinstalled. No more fooling around with a small screwdriver and a machinist's square each time the fence is installed. I don't know their intentions for getting these screws out to other customers who've purchased that plane.
