Does anyone have any experience with the Invicta Joiner D1-42 made in Sao Paulo?

When Rockwell (Delta) was buying planers from them, they were a nice piece of goods, but that was many years ago.
I've an old 13" with a few thousand BF through, and he remains accurate and efficient.
