Every now and then it's really nice to find a comapny that supports its products. I have a nice 16 gallon heavy-duty Shop-Vac circa 1995 (one of the tall yellow ones--originally gotten for free, BTW). It's been a great tool but the casters and little support legs collapsed. After just a couple minutes on the phone they offered to end a whole new set of casters and support legs. Not even in the warranty.
