Retrofit Windows usually means you re-glaze, refurbish and re-line old windows, thus no nailing schedule. For all Replacement Windows it's just 2-screws in pre-determined locations on each side. What you'd be asking about is Flanged Windows or New Install Windows. You'd just follow the manufacturer's instructions, usually a roofing nail in every hole of the flange.
