Will polycell type wood filler adhere strongly to breeze blocks?

Yes. Sticks to pretty much anything, even in thin layers
Thanks, Gents. But it didn't stick well enough...bit of a twist with a screwdriver and the pad blocks fell off.

Tile adhesive would probably work
