I've seen arguments start over that...
"Came -like stuff" is made in zinc. being stiffer and harder, you make make it smaller than lead came, which is how Tiffany got started. Now as to whether or not this "zinc channel stuff" is "came" or not, then it's not so clear.
Copper foil isn't came, because it's attached to the glass and joined later.
