Possibly not a blanking plate but there are couple of importers of US Motorhomes who adapt them for use in the UK including the electrics.
They probably throw the US fittings away, might be worth asking one of them if anyone wants such fittings.

Now if Bert had blamed Brexit on his failure to purchase a US blank plate in the UK he would have got lots of replies.
