I am laying a new soild oak floor 18mm thickness X 180mm width only go about 20m2 to lay in the front and dinning room and am think about if can lay say 2 strips of electric underfloor heating mats at 500mm wid and 5m long on a concrete floor in the front room and a old tiled floo in the dinning area would this be feasible to do ie:not the whole floo and what do i need to consider and at what kinda of height would it b ?also can i use a grout just cement&water mixture to cover and leve mats or do i have to spend out on tile adesive
