I have been using this shower successfully for over 6 years. Recently it appears to have lost temperature control. It is unpredictable no matter what settings I try, the temperature fluctuates between cold and scalding hot. Do you think this is repairable or should I just buy a new one?
Give their tech support people a ring. They are usually quite good. If it looks like being a complex job to fix it then you mayt as well fit a new one since the bulk of the cost of an electric shower is in many cases getting a suitable power supply to it. Since you already have that a quick swap out is a plausable reality!
