Storewall?

I've tried searching this groups archive, but found nothing.

Has anybody used StoreWall?

'm revamping my garage and it looks useful, but expensive. Are there any cheaper options? Or is it all just plastic cr*p that'll fall apart in six months?

Thanks & regards

================================== It seems to be a very expensive way of hanging tools on a wall. A wooden rail screwed to the wall would do much the same job at a fraction of the cost. Add a selection of cup hooks, spring-clip tool holders and assorted hooks and brackets - all from Screwfix etc. - and you'll have a versatile modular system with space for anything 'hangable'.

That's very much like Slat board (or Slat board, or Slatwall ... whatever), used in the UK in shops for displaying stuff. My sister uses it in her shop, very solid panels. Don't know if the "shop" accessory range will be any good to you, but I guess garden centres and diy stores use some of it to store tools.

Google Slat board ... loads of results

Modular systems are really only of value if you want to be able to change the layout regularly. If you know what you want to store and don't plan to change it soon, which is the case for most of us, it is a lot cheaper just to buy suitable clips, hooks, etc. and screw them to the wall.
