Trying to get things organised and looking for containers about 20 cm square and 10 cm high. Most of them seem to be measure by capacity so that must be 4 litres?
Just had some from Amazon a third the size I wanted because the product description is crap.
Any suggestions as to suppliers please? My usual supply is via buying them full of fudge but my waistline precludes that now!
I've found the Really Useful Boxes good:
They do sell direct but may be cheaper at Amazon/etc if you aren't bulk buying. Also maybe in offline shops like B&M, The Range, etc.

Really Useful Boxes, their boxes are also rated by volume but their website will give you both external and internal dimension’s and also which boxes will stack in each other. However, Amazon do sell them and prices are competitive with those from the supplier and if you have Prime then P&P is much cheaper even though the boxes come directly from the supplier.

Robert Dyas seem to have 4 for the price of 3 deals on those at the moment. I find the 3 litre boxes originally intended for DVD's are a convenient size for my shelving being 7inches wide by 6 inches tall and 8 1/2 inches deep.

When I have a pile of 20-50 USB A to USB B cable of varying lengths in front of me I find it difficult to work out if that is 1 litre of cables or 100!
I had a look and there is nothing in the required range. 4l boxes are flatter and not square.
Oh no! In a moment of weakness, I copied your link to SWMBO. What have I done!?!
I suspect she is at least part cat since cats have a strange love of boxes.
