Showers - go for Mira or buy cheaper alternative?

I need to replace a Mira 415 mixer shower as part of general bathroom overhaul, it works well off a combi boiler but needs sprucing up

should i go for new mira 415 combiforce OR go for cheaper alternative e.g.

is the quality very different? has anybody experience of this shower or roma showers?
