Can anyone point me to a supplier of shower heat exchangers? Can't seem to find any,

As these all seem to be pretty standard sizes, then this site

has a Spare Parts section which might be of use to you.
Despite several minutes searching on that site, I can't find any heat exchangers that go onto the shower drain, and preheat the cold. Any hints?
Sorry, but that's the only site I could think of that might have helped on this. It's back google me thinks. :-(
