Does a gas oven (and/or hob) require any routine servicing? We get our boiler done by a CORGI bloke each year, but to be honest we ignore the oven.
What about in the case of a rented house? Is it OK just to get the required annual safety check done on an oven by a CORGI, or should it be serviced at the same time?
