Your post disturbed me, as I also use Vim. Maybe 2 years ago I bought a pack of 4 from Belgium. I don't use much - mainly for my enamel bath and steel sink top, and I've one more bottle to use, so I will have the same problem when that's used up.
I don't use Pyrex dishes, and if I did I doubt I would use Vim. Why not use expendable metal dishes, which are cheap enough to renew when they get too bad?
Oven cleaner, which is probably caustic soda.

Actually Vim is not like it was in olden days, when it was well known to be very abrasive and was used where I worked to clean the oxide off printed circuit board prior to etching. These days I don't know any powder that actually scours.
I believe the bulk scouring ingredient in Ajax and Vim is pumice powder. If you shop around you can get 1kg powder for under £4. Mix with a bit of washup liquid and away you go.
Salt and a soak usually does it for me.
