I had a couple of workmen round who replaced a coping stone on a wall. Unbelievably, they cut a square out of the concrete to allow space for a part of the hedge (instead of cutting the hedge). Apparently, it was my fault for not instructing them not to cut the concrete. They wanted to charge me to replace the coping stone, which I accepted (reluctantly) but they did not turn up and stopped responding to texts. Another workman seems to have let me down.
I am wondering how easy it would be for me to fix. Would I need to use concrete or would a filler be okay? Any ideas welcome.
