Anyone got any idea where I could get this (East Sussex) - doesn't seem to be available off the shelf anywhere...
Ideally treated (it's for soffits) - but it's quite well sheltered so I could make do without.
The next best option would be shiplap but I'm looking for a nominally flat surface, where each board is easy to remove for access.
T+G is out and I don't want ply (because it looks crap).

Shrinkage isn't usually a problem outdoors
It was with mine. They now have a 2mm shrinkage in each joint. my builder advised to mount them vertically to avoid the risk of rot after shrinkage.

- our main merchant is Alsfords. They are OK for off the shelp, but ordering is a PITA, machining expensive (unless it's a quick run through the on site thicknesser in which case they are very good) and preserved cladding is "send it away for a bulk charge".
The weird thing is that I see what looks like rebated square soffits on loads of retail buildinsg and even our school - so it seem common enough.
