This link is to a brochure for Stelrad Elite radiators and has the figures you are looking for (it's a 500k pdf) :

Stelrad figures are still quoted for ridiculously high water flow temperatures, derate by 20-40% for those living in the real world :)

Note that it makes quite a difference if there are 2 sets of fins between the panels or 1.
