Radiator problems

My daughter says she has radiators that are not heating correctly. some cold on the top, easy I think, just need bleeding. However she also has



2 that are hot on top and cold on the bottom. Any ideas please?

If the outlet pipe is cold too then the flow is insufficient in the radiator, possible stuck TRV or over throttled lockshield valve. The system may be in need of a balance:

the outlet pipe is nearly as hot as the inlet then it is likely that the radiator is sludged at the bottom.
