The up to date emergency lighting certificate is over there, on the wall, next to the employers liability insurance certificate.
That's my guess, anyway.
Is it plugged in? Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Why do you want a certificate when you don't have any emergency lighting?
Nobody's home, why is the light on?
Pretty much
What emergency lighting?
I am not sure its called that is it? Its yet another one of them there regulation part this section that of something else. Maybe you should have created an emergency to see if they work? Brian

Why do you want a certificate when yopu don't allow any patients on the premises ?
It's frowned upon for employers - even saintly GPs - to leave employees to wander about in the dark until they succumb to the smoke.
Only if the fire occurs on the 2 (or maybe 3) days that the GP is actually in the building though :-).
Surely these days everyone has their own personal 'emergency light', otherwise known as a mobile phone ?.
how about the other staff?
