Pollyfilla - wood colour

Hello,

I have some exterior plywood with a series of countersunk screws in it. These countersunk screws have been covered over with pollyfilla - which unfortunately is bright white... If I want to make them less obvious is my only option to try to drill/scrape a layer of filler off and use a specific wood filler?

Cheers,

Ben

woodstain stains polyfiller.

Seems strange you would be looking for an artistic finish on ex grade ply tho. Its usually plumb 'orrible to look at.

I'd be tempted to get some oak veneer and veneeer it if I wanted a natural wood finish ;-)

After a fashion, if you don't mind pastel shades. The only way to kill the white is to paint it brown.
