Thank goodness this doesn't apply where I live - nightmare zone! But I travelled south to visit a friend in Manchester last weekend; while there she received a certificate through the post for the new gas CH boiler and I asked her whether she had also got such a thing from the electrician for the new kitchen wiring.
She hadn't - should she have done and what should she do to get one if necessary ?
