I'm looking for a new dect phone. The one we have is fine, but the AAA NiMH= battery / charging arrangement is terrible, with talk time or off hook tim= e useless. We have bought good high capacity batteries, so it could be the = charger built into the phones that is the problem. I'm really looking for a double or triple dect setup (answer phone not requ= ired) with uses lithium ion batteries like a mobile phone. Several replacement battery suppliers say such batteries or battery packs a= re used by dect phones but all the ones I can find use AAA NiMH. Anyone got any ideas ? Simon.
