OT: buying an electric bike for the missus

Yup. I found that out recently. I usually avoid gluteny crap, but occasionally have a minor pig-out and found that the indigestion resulting was quite something. It took a day to wear off and I felt crap for most of the next 36 hours. There seems to be a threshold of four slices of white bread - if I consume six (not all at once), the above is what happens. However, the experience was unpleasant enough to make me avoid more than two slices of bread at a time and even at that, I wonder if my tolerance might reduce.
