Hmm the little liquid filled blobs from some supermarkets seem to work well, better in fact than the new techy ones by bold etc, which have loads of little blobs in a flat shape, Also these multi blobs leave bits undesolved, which seems to be against the spirit of removing pollution.
I never did find the powder tablets any good at all. Brian

Have used capsules for years. Which? recommend the Lidl ones which are a fraction of the price of Persil etc, and seem to me to work just as well.

They won't improve the product, though. That's the way customer service works. I don't suppose your complaint will even be noted.

True !
I recently complained to Iceland, about the mess resulting from them switching from the plastic compartmentalised oven trays for ready meals, to a cardboard version with no partitions. Chips or mash just thrown in on top of the meat, no separation, soggy chips or mash and dried out gravy. It applied to all of their new card packaging, but they wanted the details and batch numbers, before they would accept it as a general complaint. The new packaging just doesn't work.
Simple solution, don't buy them, rather than waste my time providing feedback.
