Network & TV cable question

When running network and video cable up walls and under the floor, do I have to keep the CAT6 cable and co-ax (CT100) cable apart or can they be run together in the same trunking?

Technically, you shouldnt. Practically, it wont make any difference.

Just don't squeeze them anywhere along the full length of run and you'll be OK. Keep bends, and other kinds of changes in direction, as natural bends rather than pulling the cables tight around obstacles.

And DO NOT keep exactly regular spacing if fixing with cable clamps. Can cause really nasty effects on the cable, as if done exactly wrong, each cable clip adds.
