Low pressure thermostatic bath filler with shower attachment - does it exist?

Nov 07, 2013 3 Replies

Does anyone know of a thermostatic bath filler tap with shower attachment that will give a reasonable flow rate (for filling the bath) with a pressure of 0.3 to 0.35 Bar?

Alternatively, can anyone recommend a very low pressure-drop temperature limiting valve that could be used in conjunction with a non-thermostatic bath filler?

I have got tired of looking at data sheets which mostly don't contain pressure/flow data. When they do it almost never goes below 0.5 Bar.

I used a RWC TMV high flow rate blending valve for a "whole house" feed... That claims to work down to 0.1 bar, and the 22mm version supposedly will deliver 15 lpm at 0.3

Thanks, that was useful. The Promix 22-2 on p11 looks interesting, but the price is breathtaking:-(

The more "normal" TMV3 I got was about £46
