Looking for this cable in white

I bought a 3mtr long cable , which I thought? would be ok, but now I have been told that it isn't, and need a longer ,6m, cable in white, if it exists.

Twin RCA Phono Stereo cable 6mtr with red and white connectors.

Have you searched eBay?

If all else fails you might buy another and join them.

Can't speak for that one specifically but I have had no problem using similar cheap ebay cables for video (rear view camera in 3.5 ton van).

Might be easier to buy white single audio co-ax and make them?

All that says is you're a cheapskate. Making your own cables ensures they are exactly the right lenght. But it's no surprise such things don't matter to you.

Ensuring the cables are the right length is the least of the benefits gained in making up your own cables. With this sort of cable, especially with the cheaper examples, there's a high risk of the shielding being comprised of just 3 strands of copper wire in a loose spiral wrap around the centre conductor insulation.

When you go to the bother of making your own cable, you can at least verify that the quality of the cable does actually meet its specification in regard to the shielding/return conductor before attaching any plugs.

Yup. Sort of knew you'd be useless with your hands. Most with big mouths are.

Would that be normal cables that are just a bit longer, very much longer, or miles longer?

Think what you mean is you paid others to do it.

And your suggestions about a cause are pathetic. Showing a total lack of reason.

And with machine assembled you have no way of checking what type of cable has been used. Might not even be screened. Especially with the cheap ones you seem to favour.

Seems the OP had problems finding one of the correct length and colour.

And any two year old would know the stupidity of your arguments.

I don't think that's fair. I don't think you can rely on a normally sensible child to be able to tell much before they have finished the first year of primary school.

Very true. I wholeheartedly apologise to any 2 year olds reading this.

Yet admit to not being able to make a simple phono lead to a satisfactory standard.

Shudder to think what your house looks like, then.

All that says is you have no conception of the range of phono connectors available. And being you would only be interested in the cheapest.
