LED TV Back light inverter

Problem with Bush BLED42FHDAE TVI think the issue is with the back light inverter, with the board plugged in the TV does nothing (not even the red LED on the front), but unplug it and it will appear to come on, press soft on button and front LED changes from red to green and looking at screen with a torch I can see the Bush logo.I think the board is dragging the PSU 24V down and shutting the PSU down.I can't seem to locate a replacement so any guesses what to look for on the board. There are no obvious bulging Caps or signs of burning.The board is an ER643 Ver1.0, google has not given me a schematic so am at a bit of a loss as to what to do nextCheers for any help

I tried a few places (ebay being one of them) - all sold out. a shame as mostly the replacement was around £7 plus a bit of postage.

So a result getting something from China for £4.85, quite quick as well, I think i ordered on 13th Nov and it was here on 27th

There was another which had jumpers to configure the sockets, but they had sold out when I ordered. this one
