Does anyone have one of these? I have one but need to change the regenerati on disk from a 5 to a higher number as the water here is very very hard and the softener isn?t getting enough limescale out.
Or, does anyone know what the difference is between disks? Can they be modi fied to regenerate sooner?

They say speak to your dealer wh9 sold it you. I don?t know when or from whom I bought it from now as been a few years, maybe 5. Also, it? ??s now located with me in France and my French isn?t great, th ey will want to come out..... ????
I can?t buy disks to increased frequency of regens from them direct either.
