Any Karcher experts here?

I have a Karcher HDS 601c which has a chemistry issue?

I purchased a new chemistry value because the flow of detergent was not stopping and to be honest the value was very tight. Put a new valve on and still the chemical keeps coming out even on 0 position. Any ideas on what could be wrong and how to fix?

Yes! I worked for them for many years.

I'm not familiar with that particular model, but do you have to reduce the nozzle pressure to get detergent, or does it come out at high pressure?
