I was thinking of painting bare floorboards with this product. The instructions on the tin say for bare wood, sand the wood and apply knotting where necessary. It does not say that undercoat or primer must be used. Is this paint therefore just applied directly? How good is it? How quickly is it hard enough before furniture can be moved back in?
