Internal doors

I have recently taken the door off the airing cupboard and looking for some bi-fold doors to replace it. Unfortunately, its not a standard size, and I cant really do a great deal about making the space narrower or wider. Is there anywhere out there that does cheap, lightweight (eg MDF or similar) doors that anyone can recommend ?

Make them from 2x1 sheathed in hardboard/plywood/MDF?

Our airing cupboard has an opening of 89 cm wide and 79cm high. We went for sliding doors and managed to find a couple of cheap and light louvered cupboard doors in Homebase which only needed a little shaving to fit. A strip of molding round the edge and it looks great.

What size opening do you have?
