Are there laws that prevent a Corgi registered plumber installing a used boiler or is it down to their discretion?

It would need to conform to current building regs, so it can't be too old. Given the installation cost, almost certainly not worth it unless the boiler is quite new anyway or a particularly advanced/expensive model. Need the instructions (user/installer/ service) for that exact model, and will probably need some replacement parts, the sort of thing which gets trimmed to fit or isn't going to be reusable (flue, possibly).
It's not uncommon to move a boiler.
