Due to to instructions from SWMBE, not to mention previous owners, our bathroom tiles have quite a few holes which once held fixing screws for this and that. They are unsightly. Has anyone found a good way of camouflaging them, (besides replacing them)?

What sort of tiles - colour, texture?
grout them and then paint the grout to match the tiles. Or stick some tile transfers onto the tiles, you know like pictures of a flowers and stuff, which are made specifically for bathroom/kitchen tiles.
White tiles use maybe white grout or milliput. Or ask a friendly dentist....
ther colors? Try and get a matchiung grout or different colored epoxy. There are some different colored putties (epoxy) used to sort out worktops aroiund.

It's of no use to the OP, but for covering a very small gap in a worktop join I went to a craft shop and got some '3d paint' which is practically the same as glass 'outline' paint. Comes in various colours. Fills nicely.

Drill and clean out holes then fill with silcone, wiped flush with surface of tile. Did in my last house with the white tiles, never noticed the silicone. I did this to replace the grout filled holes that had turned grey and yukky.
